Now is a great time to get a deal on a home!
According to National City’s Mortgage Rates today a 30 Year Fixed Loan is at 5.875%. We don’t see rates below 6% very often. Now is a great time to get a deal on a home. We are heading into the winter months and sellers know that they need to sell soon or they will have to hang on to their home during the winter months.
